hello again, i received a letter of acknowledgement from Natwest today for my Subject access request, only 5 days after sending my letter to them

i have received my s.a.r statements on 3 accounts 8 days after applying for them . i've added up the charges which have amounted to £2763 and another £425 for card misuse, so now i am preparing my preliminary approach letter. Should i send that to the same place where i sent my s.a.r to 135 Bishopgate London or to my branch? Also do i add the card misuse to the total or keep them separate?
hi everyone, thought i would update my thread;
20th nov sent prelim letter asking for £3337 back
28th nov received standard reply from stuart higley,
It says "our charges are fair, reasonable and transparent" then he totally condradicts himself, by saying "the bank is under no obligation to explain how its charges are calculated and we are not prepared to enter into any correspondence on this matter. the compilation is a confidential commercial matter."
Not very transparent, i think
Also he says he is disapointed that i am contemplating legal action against the bank, and i should ensure any proceedings should be sent to their registered office,
So, should i still send the lba? or start court proceedings as he says?
Hi everyone just an update on how i'm going,
the deadline for my lba is up on 19th dec, they received my letter on 5th dec, still no reply from Natwest not that i expect one, but an acknowledgement would be nice
I've been spending a lot of time reading other peoples threads and just registered with MCOL, started filling out the claim form ready to hit the all important send button on the 19th.
As i work away all week i will update my thread every w/end to let you know how its going, hopefully it will help others who are at the same stage as me, or being the dumb arse i am i will be asking for lots of help on the way, either way i am looking forward to getting my money back.
Hi everyone, my lba deadline was up on the 19th dec. due to lack of funds i havent been able to start my court action untill now, been reading through peoples threads for the last couple of hours and my head has gone, i am working out my spreadsheets again ready to hand in when i start action. Am i right in thinking i fill in the one (3b from claim date with statutory interest) is this the one that works out the 8% s.69 county courts act. (i hope that makes sense). Sorry if i sound dumb but like everyone else i want to make sure i get it right.
