Thread: court allocation deadline

Hi all,
am claiming approx £4700 plus costs from wolwich, have got to the stage where i have had to fill in and send of a court allocation questionaire. Did this promptly.The deadline for send the qa was today,have not heard from the woolwich or court,does this mean that woolwich have missed a deadline and if so have i won.
Hope i dont sound to dumb, just a little unsure of the legalities at this point.

Hi bigalbexley, really sorry to hear you are of the beer, bummer!!!!!!
Havent phoned the court today because i had to rush my son into hospital to have his appendix out, poor kid!!!!!!!
Will phone them tomorrow (friday) sometime.Hopefully good news.

phoned the court on friday and woolwich have submitted there aq, so will have to wait for a court date to arrive.Still, i guess that means i will know when im going to get my money
