Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just considering my options as 1 week after being paid and all creditors have had their pound of flesh, I am officially skint!!! Too much month left etc etc. I have been doing a lot of research into the viability of doing an IVA. Now, I have been trawling through all forums and threads within CAG and can't find anything recent (last 6 months or so) so I was wondering if any of you extremely kind and helpful people could shed some light on it for me? The company I am dealing with seem incredibly professional and there is no sales pitch. I must have driven this IP mad with all the questions. So now I am asking yu guys for more info!!! Good and bad experiences please?
If you think I have been any help at all, click my scales, go on.... You know you want to!

They sound too good to be true in my opinion, and we considered it only a few weeks ago but after chatting to an independent insolvency advisor, we decided we'd rather get by as we are.
Go and see a solicitor for a free consultation. NOT a company who specialises in IVA's - they will get you on board and they are taking a cut, so will tell you to do one.
