As far as I know, yes. You have to put in the blurb about claiming the statutory 8% then add that on to your final amount.

Some people really don't read the FAQ, do a search or look through the forums. You are obviously one of them!

Hi Mark I have merged together your threads and moved them to the right forum. you will find things a lot easier if you keep questions regarding your claim to one place (ie. here) and peeps will be able to see the background to your questions and thus offer more apprpriate advice.

You seem to be doing things right so no worries there Mark. It can be very daunting when you start, so keep reading threads, FAQ's, etc, etc, etc! You will need to make sure that you learn as much as possible, along with collecting any useful pieces of information in case your claim goes all the way. You just never know how far these claims will go, therfore you must be ready for any court appearences!

I haven't done a MCO so i cannot help you there. I used the N1 claim form which i submitted directly to my county courticon. The staff there were extremly helpful, answering non legal questions and even asking why they were getting so many "Bank Charges" claims recently! I obviously told them about the help of places such as CAGicon.

I apologise for my curt post earlier, i was not having a good week! Best of luck with the MCO and the inevitable refund!

    Regards,
    Colin.

Go here and make sure you read the first bit where it says "STOP!"

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...laim-line.html

This is the problem with a MCO, you cannot attach a copy of your schedule to it online. The other problem is the 1000 character limit. Both of these problems i avoided by using the N1 form and taking along to my local CC for submitting.
