Hi there folks. Just about to send the intial request for payment of £1022, feels so good to be able to do something after all those brick wall conversations with the bank in the past.
I have just one quick question that i can't seem to find an answer to in the threads. My statements/charges go back to 7th march 2001 which is just over the 5 year limit for scotland. In my initial request for payment should i limit it to the 5 years or claim the full amount going back 5 and a half years? I don't want to make any mistake at this early stage.
I presume you are claiming against BOS, from inside scotland? if so, I would stick to 5 years just to be sure, what percentage of the overall figure is from that extra 6 months??
