Default Hi, taking on Halifax... a bit of advice please?

Hi there Guys, can't believe I didn'g come across this site sooner. Am taking on Halifaxicon, have a couple of accounts with them.

Couple of things that I could with some advice on:

    1) Is is better to make one claim at a time, even though they are different accounts held at different branches?
    2) I have details of the amounts of the charges, but not the specifics. Am I better of requesting they send me a total Breakdownicon of charges including the offence, or will the dates and amounts suffice?

Thanks in anticipation... and I have to say what a brilliant site, thanks to everyone who has built it, worked on it, and promoted it.

    Ta, asfred.

    Hi Asfred
I always advise to stagger claims as they can back log on you and you end up a couple of eyes peeping over mounds of paper work .

If you have all details of the charges and amounts you can send an SARicon as you would still like to know whats what

Then a week later you could send a request for payment and when that times out you send your lbaicon.

As long as you have all the figures correct for your court claim its fine.

Don't forget to start a V's thread under Halifaxicon, follow the List of banks link based at the base of this post.
    good luck
