Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi there Guys, can't believe I didn'g come across this site sooner. Am taking on Halifax, have a couple of accounts with them.
Couple of things that I could with some advice on:
1) Is is better to make one claim at a time, even though they are different accounts held at different branches?
2) I have details of the amounts of the charges, but not the specifics. Am I better of requesting they send me a total Breakdown of charges including the offence, or will the dates and amounts suffice?
Thanks in anticipation... and I have to say what a brilliant site, thanks to everyone who has built it, worked on it, and promoted it.
