Hi everyone,
Thanks to this site, I sent off the "first" standard letter and cheque to the BOS around 5 weeks ago.
Got a standard letter today from a "Data Protection Consultant Business Risk - Retail" thanking me and saying statements will be sent undr seperate cover. He also told me he is unable to assist with my request re manual intervention.
Here's hoping.
Is this normal practise for an initial claim against HBOS? ( I live in Scotland )
