Just to let you know Marbles settled mine at the Prelim stage - I spoke to James Ball at executive complaints 0121 214 5841 - dont think there is any point calling until you have been able to send the prelim (they replied quickly to my prelim saying sod off, and then caved in 30 minutes later! - have a look at my thread)
