Hi everyone...Have just recieved a letter addressed to my hubby that states due to incurred charges we have added a total of £200 to you policy and will continue to debit your account untill these charges are recovered. Just wondering if anyone has taken on Black Horse and won.....doesnt seem fair that he now has to pay another £200. Their charges seem as ridiculus as the banks!!! Have to wait for hubby to come home at end of Nov to get him to get a Breakdown of charges. Any help greatly recieved. Many thanks Sarahx

Black Horse tried to hit me for a £25 'late payment' fee at the end of a 3year loan agreement, although the loan had been repaid in full. I cancelled the direct debit so haven't paid it. They wrote a letter asking for £25.71 inc. interest so I wrote back telling them their 'charge' is unlawful and I'm not paying it. Still waiting for their reply!
