I wonder if anyone can help me. I took out a loan about three years ago with British Gas which has been paid ontime each month untill about 6 months ago, since then there has been a few missed and late payments. I have asked for a copy of all my statements and when I get them I know that there will be charges, so what I would like to know is can I claim back charges from a loan? If any one can help me I would very much appreciate it.
