Only recieved 4 years of statements - can anyone help?
as indicated in the title I have recieved only 4 years statements form RBS rather than 6. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a standard letter I can send to them requesting the other 2 years of statements?
Also are they obliged to send me the rest of statements within the same 40 day timescale I indicated on my 1st letter?
Re: Only recieved 4 years of statements - can anyone help?

Just send them a letter saying you have only received 4, tell them how many days (out of 40) they have left to comply (yes the do have to) and just let them know that if they don't you will be forced to complain to the Information Commissioners Office
