Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Please help I have recieved my court bundle from Egg today and it's pretty scary reading. I'd like to be able to post it but not sure that I should as it contains sensitive information. I'm feeling way out of my depth and really need some advice. My court date is under two weeks now!!!

Post what you can otherwise no one can help.
Have you a thread in the egg section ? If you have post there and people can help you.

hi there, i can see you're obviously busy but i wondered if you could possibly help me, i have a court date with Egg bank and wondered what legal info i need to take with me to substantiate my case. i 've also added on a couple of hundred quid for all the inconvenience and grief this has caused but it appears no one mentions whether they do this and if so how much is reasonable?
any help you can offer me would be really appreciated.
many thanks
