    Exclamation Mercentile COurt, HELP!!

    Hi
    I have jsut received a letter from the courts saying they have transfered my case to the mercentile courts, is this the normal procedure????

    It is not unusual at the moment. Don't worry, it's not bad news. It normally means quite a rapid settlement from the bank as they are basically too frightened to go into the mercantile court.

    We have a Mercantile Court forum whic is off the General section. Go there and post the details of your case.
