Default My Sister v Natwest - court date 25th Jan

haven't been on the forum too much lately but here is the story so far of the claim I am doing for my sister.

Claim for £1050ish (cant remember exactly at this moment) Prelim, lbaicon sent, usual fob off letter received. Filed a claim, received CRP Part 18 request, to which I sent another copy of the spreadsheet and what was basically a revised particulars of claim.

Along came the aqicon, that was filled in and returned.

Then received an offer of £600 from Cobbetts, to which we said thanks but no thanks.

She's now got a court date for 25th Jan 2007.

Looks like they are stringing this one out, I have won 2 cases against Natwesticon so far and the first for £750 was paid out 3 days after filing a claim, and the other £800 claim was paid at the LBA stage.

That court date is a long way off, but the interesticon continues to accrue, and where can you get 8% on your money these days? Perhaps the volume of claims is starting to impact on the settlement times.
    Good luck
