Default Lloyds employees in Brighton collections

If you are in contact with Lloyd's Collection center it is from my own experiences i highly suggest that recordings are made of all Telephone conversations and all details are noted.

This Department has their own ideal of how to treat persons in debit and it can get quiet disturbing.

The sad side of this is when you wish to take them to task on their own broken agreements, or you ask them to justify some off the wall statement fired at you.
Then you have no proof at all that the conversation existed as the notes are rarely accurate on their system.

keep your own records, names times and best of all recordings.

I think the Brighton Office must be in Chaos because I have started a further claim on behalf of a relative and the papers were sent to Brighton but the case is now being handled by Lloydsicon TSB in Charlton Place, Andover.

Brighton Collections do only collect and they have tried to cut me off from speaking to any other department of Lloydsicon including my branch.

So when I serve lbaicon I send it to them, they want sole hold over my accounts, and want to play God they can have the responsibilty that comes with it

Once again they have proved their incompetence and ignore the monthly agreement I have set up with them and help them selves to chunks of my overdrafticon.

What was the point of the arrangement I've made.

Yet again another phone agreement and promise failed.

I can not believe i am the only one experiencing this.

I really would like to know how many other members are having problems with this office.

Wish i could bit have 2 accounts on reduced and an overdrafticon that they continue to abuse. £1700
Im off sickicon and have an agreement for reduced payments a month on each loan by direct debiticon. Even thou they send me letters saying you are on this agreement they still take £80 and £20 each month:o

So i have written to teh Chief Exec with everything the fact they wont let me have a laon contract , the DD problems and teh fact they are setting me up for fail/default.

Now I know I have sent that letter to him, I feel better as if i have to get default removed in court i have something to present to say even the Chied exec was made aware of thier under handed actions.

I actually want them to take me to court as i couldnt have been more accomodating at the start,
But im not sure how to force it along.

You would not believe some of the things these monkeys have told me!

    1. The Banking Codeicon LEGALLY REQUIRES(!) them to pass details of the disputed debt onto the reference agencies. They went very quiet when I asked them to quote which section, and when I quoted s13.6 to them.

    2. They have defaulted me for a disputed debt

    3. They haven't defaulted me for a disputed debt

    4. They dont know if theyve defaulted me for a disputed debt

    5. The debt isnt in dispute because they sent a letter to my prelim saying the matter was closed (despite the ongoing court case against them!)

I could go on all day. I have sent in an SARicon for copies of all the recordings of conversations ive had. In typical Lloydsicon style they've completely ignored it. I will be starting a court claim for this info next week

I had the same but they've been very quiet for the last few weeks since I sent them a letter quoting s40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970. They still ring my girlfriend every day but it will be interesting to see if this stops when she sends the same letter.

what an awful bunch, right hand doesn 't know what left is doing and vice versa. Don't talk to each other, credit card doesn't talk to branch, branch doesn't talk to credit card, branch doesn't talk to home loans, home loans don't talk to branch or credit card, seems like not a lot of talking goes on anywhere. But their fingers seem to be working, keep taking mortgageicon money for credit card (my fault I suppose should have removed it from bank 3 months ago) Have had conversations with collections in Brighton they keep saying they will put it back into my account, I say do what you like its a ltsbicon mortgageicon and an LTSB credit card, and LTSB bank accounts. Am I bovvered as the saying goes, no is the answer. Get me into court

    Truth fears no questions.

Read the link below for how the phone conversations are not available.
they only hold them for 2 weeks as they are for training purposes, of course this is not true, they will go through your conversations and supply you with a written transcript of anything that is not liable to them.

How i know this is when i asked for 2 phone conversations it was 3 weeks passed the last one.
I received that one. if it is strictly 2 weeks by law then why was it still active and available.

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...st-129472.html

There is a phone number you can ring your self before you call them it records the call you can play it back and record it into your computer and thats your evidence.
The lies coming from Brighton are unbelievable and its Lloyd's that abuse the systems the most.

I believe its Lloyd's that are causing the courts to get feed up with all the charges cases as it is Lloyd's that let the higher % of litigation run on the longest on.

The collections style they use is worse than a back street lender and the persons carrying it out revel in it, Brighton's collection center is not very big, i have most of the employees names and know which ones to talk to to get the most polite conversation.

Just keep working it to your advantage start taking notes names and who you find most approachable and keep kicking but

I find it ridiculous when they ring you from Asia and they ask for personal details, like i would give it to them, the same goes for Brighton i just do not do that over the phone even if i know its them for sure, at the end of the anybody could have gone thorugh your bin find out where you bank even if you shred it and get all your details.

The problem is Brighton collections will only send system generated letters.
So even if you want to discuss something in writing they will not and it has to Be done on the phone. Which when yiou have neuro problems is near on impossible.

i have advised i will only discuss things in writing but they dont reply when i try.
I dont know if i would be seen in court as doing the right thing as they may say i am being awkward.
    I would like to know.

Theres nothing wrong with saying you'll only communicate in writing. For one thing they lie so often I want everything they say to be written down as evidence. Problem is they only use standard letter like you say and will ignore anything written to them. However, that's entirely their problem. You are offering a perfectly acceptable means of communication for them and they're choosing to ignore you, not the other way round.

I will certainly not talk to them on the phone, when they were still trying to ring me i'd just tell the person to put whatever they have to say in writing and hang up.

What's the number? It would be very, very useful - so far, I've been putting an MP£ recorder up to the earpiece. Crude, it works but not very well!!

    Hi Guy's

I know some one that used to work in Lloydsicon Collections at Black Lion St., Brighton...!

Most of the staff in this call centre are part timers, Uni students etc., who obviously do the job because the money (pay) is good. They get a lot of overtime, incentive bonus's, plus Marks & Spencer vouchers, bottles of Booze and nights out on the town when they acheive targets; that is collecting money from you!!!
They don't care about your personal financial situation, because they have heard it all before.
Once you go into Collections, you are put onto dialler and the system will keep on calling you until they get through. Collections are not given any information about how your account was run in the past, as it is only the current collections debt that is important to them.

The centre is commission driven, meaning the staff are paid commission for recouping the monies, that are owed.

As you can imagine there is a high turn around in staff!???

Can you imaging doing a job like that

***Know your enemy*** and DO NOT SPEAK TO Lloyds COLLECTIONS

I did and if you have any feelings atall it drains you, and the sadness you are encouraged to inflict is unforgiveable so i hope they know what they do now, is something you dont just leave behind you when you stop.

what goes around comes around and when it does i hope they get put straight into collections.
