    Talking CAG Income Source

While reading another thread, I discovered a possible way for this forum to generate income from the bank, while helping members to save money.

Credit has to go to Busby in Jodyperry's thread here

In post 13, Busby gives a link to Flextel which will give you a free 0870 number amongst others. When someone calls you using this number, you earn money from the call. Therefore, give this number to all the companies you call who use these numbers and when they call you back, you earn money. Here's the link :-

FleXible Telecoms™ - Free personal & business non-geographic phone numbers

If you look into the site you will discover that there is a bonus referral system. You can earn extra income by referring friends, associates and customers to FleXtel. All you need to do is make sure that they log on to the FleXtel website using your own special referral link. If they get a FleXtel number using your special link, you will earn commission whenever they are called on their FleXtel numbers. You will also get commission on any additional numbers they connect to their account... It's that simple!

To get to the link for this you need to logon to the site. There are Flextel banners which could be placed at the top of the page containing CAGicon's referral link and whenever anybody signs up CAGicon earns money. The beauty of it is that if CAG members give their Flextel number to their bank, whenever the bank calls that CAG member, CAG earns money indirectly from the bank. Bootiful.;-)

This forum already has various other bonus schemes such as Amazonicon. Why not add Flextel as an income source?

In my defence, you'll note that I didn;t usea referral link, just the main page! Whilst there is considerable derision over 0870 numbers,, when the boot is on the other foot - when firms are calling YOU, they appear blind to the number as long as they can contact the client, and it would be disingenuous of them to say they don't call 0870 numbers if they have them themselves.

Since many firms reject applicants who do not provide a non-mobile number, the 0870 numbers would provide a useful income source to CAGicon if enough people sign up - as I noted in the other thread, it has taken me a 4+ years ot earn £30, but if the CAGicon has 1000+ users contributing 1p/min from all these hateful firms, it could be a self-fulfilling dream!

I think a Private Message to BankFodder is probably better than bumping it up the threads IMHO. Does sound interesting.
