    Default MINT credit card-jacky question.

    hello!
    sent pre lim and recieved a letter today saying after no we wont refund but after the 14th Dec im allowed to ask the Ombudsmanicon to look at my case?! why then?!! but anyway i take it i can proceed with lbaicon can i?? thats all i wanted to double check. I take it this is just another tactic to put you off/delay you etc..
    thanks. claim is for £204.00.
