    Default Default notice

    Hello everybody, new member

    Does anyone know if there is a quick way of finding out if any default notices were issued against me

    In 2001 i had an accident which incapacitated me from working, i had 2 credit cards at the time which i could not pay. One (RBSicon credit card) was eventually paid off by the insurance on that card, the other (BOSicon Credit card) i paid off when i received compensation for the accident

    Both cards incured penaltys till they were paid off, and both banks closed my accounts after they were paid in full

    So it will be with great pleasure to reclaim the penalty charges.
