I have an RBS account, and we've written to them asking for full statements. Thing is, I am unsure as to where we'd claim.
We moved to England (South Yorkshire) 2 months ago, and have registered the new address with them. Does that mean that we can claim 6 years not 5? Our home branch is still Stornoway.
It almost doesn't seem right that we can reclaim an extra year by moving down here, but I'm all for it!
