    Default Newbie Here

    Hi there

    Just a question????............I have recently changed bank accounts (for debt reasons). I left my original bank with an overdrafticon debt of £650. ( which will be repaid thriugh a dmpicon). I would like to know whether I could still sue them for excessive costs over the last 8 years or given my situation would it be better doing nothing.
