    Default kingdom v HSBC

Sent S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) to HSBCicon copy to DCAicon who have wrote back saying that the client is offering a significant discount on the outstanding balance, but have not provided any details or agreements or statements.

Is it best to to wait for the details as there was no agreement made with regard to the amount owed.

    Could you please advice

I would wait, in my claim against HSBCicon, They offered 90% after I had sent the letter before actionicon. I took it, which I regret now.
