I sent off the Data Protection Act to the Bank of Ireland for my DH business account and my own business account on 13th October I got my DH statements last week and sent off his lba on 27/10 for £1600
I got my statements this morning and noticed I have different charges which are £5 for lodgement error fees!! can i claim them back?
I have added up my charges it £126 but hey! every penny counts! Will send my LBA off today
