I had a credit card with RBOS a few years back and was charged excessivley(my wife only reminded me 2 mins ago) I have no account numbers etc, so where do I send a letter requesting my statements etc?

sorry, it's a website that gives alternative phone numbers, so you can call banks etc using 0800 or landline numbers if you get free calls. it was just a suggestion, I get free landline calls but not the 0845/0870 etc.
And we all know how long it can take to get though to someone on a 08 number.
