    Default Kirstytwin V BoS

    Hi I sent my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) 20th October and have not heard anything, they have not banked my £10 cheque that I enclosed either.

    Do BOSicon usually bank the cheque?
    Do the send an acknowledgement?

    Should I send them a chase up letter?

    Hi Kirsty,

    BOSicon cashed my cheque pretty quickly, altho they weren't so quick in sending me my info!! Give them the 40 days and then kick up a stink.

    Some people are recieving incomplete info tho, my self included, stick with it. They send it in the end.

    If you sent your letter by Royal Mail to be signed for you should look on the internet and use the number on your receipt to see if the letter has been delivered.

    Received a letter last weekend asking for my account details for them, to process my data claim, Well didn't I send that twice already! They also state that the 40 days will run from the date that they receive this 'new' information. Stalling I think.
