Hi all,
We are going through the later stages of claiming back from BM, we are right on the verge of issuing MCOL for all the charges and extra bits they levied on the account. We worked out they owe us £924 in charges, disbursments and vacating fees. They have agreed to pay for everything except the disbursment fee which is £299. They are saying the product we had carried a £299 arrangement fee which was paid to the mortgageprocessing team. They have offered us £625 as a 'goodwill gesture' but the offer also comes with conditions: no future claims against BM, Halifax
or it's subsidiaries or agents etc etc...
We are inclined to take the offer made, but what do you think the chances are of getting the full amount back? The ERC has already been refunded when we completed earlier this year.
Cheers, KJ
