    Hi

I'm at the same stage, attempting to file the N1 with the contractual rate. Was thinking of following a similar tack to mindzai, offering an alternative, ("if the court deems this an unacceptable rate, then the standard 8%.....". Not sure if this is a good idea or not. Any ideas?

What sort of statement have you guys come up with. At any rate, don't think I'll be able to use MCOL, due to character limit, just eager to get it off, as I'm already behind my timescale.

    cheers.

    BANK: Halifax
    CHARGES: 2994
    CONTRACTUAL INTEREST: (29.8%)
    PRELIM SENT: 4/10/06

    PULTERY OFFER RECEIVED: 26/10/06
NEW & IMPROVED PRELIM SENT: 7/11/06
    FINAL LBA : 17/11/06
    N1 SUBMITTED: 18/12/06 (deemed served 20/12)

We're just having a discussion about the wording to this on another thread actually .... I'm claiming contractual then 8% as an alternative.

You will have to go the N1 route as it all deffo won't fit on MCOL .... I'm behind too but I'd rather it be right before sending than rushing n wish I'd done it differently IYKWIM.

The thread you may wanna watch is the contractual interesticon one started by GlennUK - we've been on there mosta the afternoon after I posted my current N1 work in progress!! here is the link if it helps .....

    Contractual interest?

Go to the last few pages though as it's a big read!!
