Original Company: Capital One

Account Balance:

Dear Mrs,

We wrote to you recently regarding your debt that has been sold to Lowell Portfolio I Ltd by Capital One. As you are aware, Lowell Portfolio I Ltd has asked us to collect the debt on their behalf.

Make us an offer!

We want to help; we are willing to listen to any arrangement offer you can realistically afford to help repay the outstanding balance. The repayment can be weekly or monthly, whichever suits you best. When your balance is cleared in full, we will update the credit reference agencies to reflect this as satisfied on your credit file.

When you enter into a repayment arrangement with us, it should give you some comfort knowing you are getting your finances back on track. As long as you make your agreed repayments on time, you will not receive further phone calls and letters from us or any third party debt collectors appointed by us and we will not take any further action against you to recover the debt.

Please call 08435 069 173 today to discuss an affordable repayment plan and how you can make payment.

If you would prefer to pay online you can setup a Direct Debit in the comfort of your own home without the need to speak to anyone, remember we will accept your offer of monthly payment. Please visit our website www.lowell.co.uk and set up an affordable repayment plan today or you can follow this link straight to the secure Direct Debit form.

phatram, Lowells as you know do litigate. How long to go before SB?

I haven't seen them issue stat demands over the last few months, but they do use these especially if they believe you own your own home.

What is the situation in respect of documents - are they still in breach of your s78 request ?

Letter bombardment by Lowells as has been reported as to what to expect on another forum - forget where;-

Lowells = 1 x letter on letterhead from original creditor.

about 5 or 6 on Lowells letterhead claiming to know what you wear and when.

3 on Red DCA paper = Lowell in Drag.

3 from Hampton!s legal = Lowell wearing False Teeth.

1 from Lowell (swan song) : sometimes this step is omitted.

and?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
