hi guys I have 2 cases against Egg, one for me and one for mother. here court date having had telephone conference with judge to allocate to small claims is nov 23rd, mine is not until end of january. My dilema is I have done everything for the claim and I can not make the court date. She really does not want to go without me , which is understandable, but I really do not want to postpone her case as I believe it is the first court date I have seen on here. Does anyone have any ideas... maybe bankfodder or another mod can advise. Can somebody pm me with any ideas...
Hi..EEK! has a Court date, 15th November. You say your mothers case is 23rd Nov. but on your bank info. below you have court date 1 listed as Nov. 6th??? If you can't go along with her and she needs support, why not look for a Court buddy. Have you prepared the docs. yet? Would be a shame to try to postpone date...Is there no way you could attend................... ......Best of luck with your decision;-)
Hi no november 23 RD 2006 sorry..., what docs do I need other than my letters and my mouth to say that i agree with there defence as to when and how the charges where incurred, but just not the amount... and ask for disclosure of how they make up that charge... what else do you think I will need... I feel I may have to postpone... My mother will need more than a court buddy.... I really cant go!!! doh!!!!
I think you will find the docs. you need in Templates (court bundle!) You seem to be very confident of your ability, Fantastic, shame you can't be there for your mother, sure she'll be feeling a bit overwhelmed particularly if you started the Court Action on her behalf.... .....doh Good Luck if you have to re-arrange
