called into Natwest today to sort out ID for the new account got taken into back office offered tea, thinking to self wow A & L never this nice.

Then bang "are you aware that you have only applied for a step account, i can sort out an advantage blue or gold account if you wish"

Do they all have an inbuilt lets extort as much as we can mode

not such a nice man!!

They just can't help themselves.

Needing some reassurrance about whether i am doing the right thing now, jumped the gun about nat west received a letter today declining our application for a step account, now seriously worried if we can't even get a very basic account like this what chance have we got.
