well I sent the first letter requesting RBS icon

refund me just over £3000! I have been watching and reading other peoples messages and how they got on and so eventually decided I have to go for it.
I have recieved a letter today stating they do not believe they have unlawfully charged me but as a gesture of good will icon

........

they will pay me £677 in Full and final icon

settlement.

Of course I am going to refuse and say "give me my money! all of it!!!" but not in those exact words you understand
