I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman about this company.

They took 55 pound from my account on th 17th May,

on the 21st May they promised a refund in 30 days.

I have e-mails promising my refund and

I am determined to get the money back,

however I have just seen an article on elsewhere stating that this company are a clone company

and not part of Secure loans, who are protected by the FOM, and therefore I don't know how to proceed.

I would advise you to contact the FOM on monday,

I intend to and hope they can help.:mad2:

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I have had the same experience from a company callrd "Loans-Only", who also promissed a refund which has not been received. I have not yet contacted the ombusman, but have been to see Citens Advice, as a first step towards a Trading Standards case. This loan company. quoted refund conditions, which I have followed completely. I wish you the best in your actions and hope that you will post follow-ups. Regards dave
