Can I claim for anxiety caused by these illegal charges making my life HELL!
I was thinking of adding on a charge of £300.00 to £600.00 for the stress and anxiety the bank has caused me over the past four years, mostly the anxiety of the last year, because of their fees and the fees from all the bank I was forced to make arrangements with them all. I have now been diagnosed with High blood pressure caused by hypertension and anxiety. Are there any case laws out there, what paragraph should I write to inform the bank I am charging this to make it sould serious and official. Do I stand a chance????

Snowballs and hell come to mind, you have to prove the link between the charges and your illness i think.
Even if you know this is the only issue you need a doctor to say it is i think.
