Chase the rest, I too got a letter signed by Lorna Howard recommending I go to the FO with my complaint.
don't sign the letter, write and tell them thank you and you will accept the offer as part payment. Don't sign anything. This is another ploy by A & L to beat you, they don't want you going to Court.
