i am 2 weeks away from the court case againt RBS - they had offered me right at the beginning approx 25% of what i'm owed and after i sent the allocation questionnaire they offered me 50% of what i'm owed. I replied to them saying i wanted the whole lot back and that was last week and i have heard nothing since.
The court case is in two weeks.......my question is :
Does anyone know what information i need to provide to the court before the case takes place? Has anyone been this far yet?
Don't panic, they will pay out, just give them a call, say in a confident manner that you know that they are going to pay the claim, so why cost themselves more interest by delaying payment.
getting a bit closer now, court case is this week!! still no reply from the thieving scoundrels and just wondered if anyone has been this close to going to court before........?
