Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Im wondering if anyone can help me out. I received a letter from the infamous Mr Tommy McLean dated the 19th October basically telling me to get lost, they differ with the views expressed in my letter and im not getting a penny back!
I now want to take them to court but when i went on the MoneyClaims online site, it says that i can only use it to make a claim if the address is in England or Wales. Both mine and the registered office of RBS are in Scotland. So i went onto the small claims court scotland site and found out that i can only claim up to £750!!! My claim is for £1387.37! What do i do and where do i go to do it!
