Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I apologise if someone has already asked this question, or if you have explained already...if so, please point me in the right direction.
I filed two claims against RBS yesterday with Money Claim online. I went into the claims online today and saw that the claim appears to have been issued and in the Judgement column the word 'Start' appears. If I go into that it says to select type of judgement (a) judgement by default (b) judgement by admission. I'm not sure which one to select? Please would you help me?
