Hello I am in the same situation I have contacted a lawyer who thinks I might have a case but the problem is it's not enough money for them to be bothered with. What we need to do is find others who are willing to get together a group action against Atlpt then the lawyers are more likely to go for it, plus the costs would be split.

a group action rarely helps

its a lot better to do individual claims.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Mr Carter,

I also am having problems with them. I am trying to extend my course after having an accident last year but they are refusing to help. I contacted them at the time and assured me it would be alright for an course extension but now they are being hypocrites and shoving me off the course now that it has lapsed. I am sending them a Subject Access Request to gain phone call conversations and my exams papers I have already passed. They will not as yet answer any of my questions and refusing to help. The worst company I have ever had to deal with, its all just about money with them, not customer service or training...ATL is a [problem]
