    Default Mis-sold loan PPI

    Hi all

    Hope this is the right place sorry if its not.

    I took out a loan with alliance 2 yrs ago and was told if my application was to be acceptd i needed to take there PPIicon

    After reading the site about ppi ive decided to have a go at mine...

    I know my first step is SARicon...

    but do i add anything in my SARicon about claiming back my ppi payments ???

    I am trying to cancel mine athough not with A&L. I wrote to them to say i believe i was mis-soldicon it and they are now investigating. PM if you want any advice.

    Just stick to the standard SARicon, and while you are waiting for the information keep reading so you understand the process that you need to follow. It helps other users who may be in the same position if you can keep questions and advice on the public forum, and also ensures that you get input from as many people as possible.

    When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
