    Default Charges 1998-2006

I am about to instigate proceedings against Barclaysicon for charges totalling £600.

As some of these charges are over 6 yearsicon, is there a Particulars of Claim that covers all this. Someone has said use Section 32 of the Limiation Act. can someone explain this please?

    Thanks

Went through all the statements between 1998 and 2006 and the charges total £400. Barclaysicon have sent me a sod off letter.

Should I claim all the charges under one claim or just deal with the ones over the last 6 yearsicon first? Any advice offered would be appreciated.

    Thanks
