    Default can I claim from abroad

    Can I claim from another address within europe or do I need an english address to do so? problematic for me if I do..any advise out there?

    Hi Dax

    You will need a service address in England or Wales.

    iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
    Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received

    Im tempted to use my old address as mail is still redirected and possible for a further 5 or 6 months, however some letters seem to go by the wayside via Royal Mails incompetence, which may pose problems potentially.
