Hi first timer here just introducing myself, I bank with A & L have done for years but been loosing lots of money recently so I'm definatly going to go for it. The site looks great with lot's of help etc having read through a few threads I definatly need to get a new bank account with someone else.
Newbie just introducing myself seems I put my first thread in the wrong forum sorry "A & L success" apologies for that (not used to chatting on a computer)hopefully I'll get the hang of it ! Been reading lots about reclaiming my bank charges I bank with A & L so looks like I need a new account with someone else before I start the ball rolling thanks to livelylad for reply to first thread posted.
Sorry I havent posted for a while but with half term I have to fight the kids for a chance to get on computer!! Any way been busy trying to find another bank account for my "parachute account" as I am an A & L customer. I've also started an IVA so financially busy especially for someone who has'nt always been on top of things financially. I will send my first letter today !! Bet I post this in wrong forum !!

Send the kids out to play and make sure they get plenty of exercise. It isn't good for them to be on the computer all day. Especially when you need it.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
