If this person does not exist, then to claim that he does and as ordered an investigation, well isn't that fraud ?.

Fraud is the least of their worries, it quite frankly pales into insignificance compared to their harassment.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Oh yes, and unless you do watch live TV - or now, use iPlayer - without a licence, don't sweat it.

Bear in mind Radio iPlayer can still be freely accessed by those legally licence free. The radio licence was abolished in February 1971 and no licence needed to listen to radio broadcasts whatever the source.
