Default small claims vs summary claims

    hi folks,

currently pursuing Halifaxicon for approx £3.5k...

can anyone explain/advise if there's any difference in procedure between the small claims vs summary court? I know there's a higher claim limit but beyond that i'm struggling to find anything else out...

everyone's help & advice is very much appreciated...

procedure and adminicon is virtually identical, but only other difference is that if it goes all the way and you lose, the judge may decide you are liable for bank's legal costs.

But, let's be honest......that aint going to happen, is it?
