Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
can anyone explain/advise if there's any difference in procedure between the small claims vs summary court? I know there's a higher claim limit but beyond that i'm struggling to find anything else out...
everyone's help & advice is very much appreciated...
procedure and admin is virtually identical, but only other difference is that if it goes all the way and you lose, the judge may decide you are liable for bank's legal costs.
But, let's be honest......that aint going to happen, is it?
