    Default Now what happens.....

It looks like I have got to the moneyclaim stage on this.

I refused their second offer and have received a letter today stating :-

"As a gesture of goodwillicon we offered you £330, which you do not wish to accept. I confirm that we will not refund all the charges you have on your account over the last six years/since opening your account"

It is from a Mr Alan Molineux.

Has anyone else had this letter and what happened next ? I am claiming £722.

    Thanks.

    Pam.

    Pam,

Sue, they will muck you around for as long as possible.
If you have already sent them your lbaicon and the 14 days are up
    sue them.

    The money is yours!

    Best wishes.

    Scott.

Well I've issued the claim and apparently they have acknowledged it. According to the papers they are going to defend all the claim. The acknowledgement is from a A O'Brien, Head of Legal Servcices.

Has oneone else had this and what happen next ?

    Pam.
