Anyway, I`m taking on the Halifax. Requested statements three weeks ago and have just recieved a letter saying there is a £5 charge for this service. Have authorised this and they took the money from my account today. Anyone any idea how long they`ll take to send them?
ALso I`m in Scotland and would like some feedback from similar people who are taking on the Halifax.

I recieved £70 from Halifax card service as a valued customer after writing 4 letters. ie; information, plea as good customer, stating dispropotionate charges,reminder of good customer management. 4 letters later I recieved charges in full for being a valued customer !!!!!. ma.harris
