Hi everyone, I recieved a reply to my letter before action today and heres what it says.........
I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the charges applied to your account.
We're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer Relations Manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will recieve a reply shortly, but certainly no later than 4 weeks.
You will find enclosed a copy of our leaflet, Which tells you how we will handle your complaint.
Your concerns will be delt with as quickly as possible.
So do i wait another 4 weeks before i take it further?

You work to your timetable not the bank's! Don't wait another 4 weeks just to get a buzz-off letter If you gave them 14 days from receipt of your lba then when that time is up it's time for MCOL so go for it and good luck. Any more questions, just ask
