We're keen to deal with your concerns as quickly as possible. A customer Relations Manager will investigate the points you have raised and you will recieve a reply shortly, but certainly no later than 4 weeks.

So do i wait another 4 weeks before i take it further?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You work to your timetable not the bank's! Don't wait another 4 weeks just to get a buzz-off letter If you gave them 14 days from receipt of your lbaicon then when that time is up it's time for MCOL so go for it and good luck. Any more questions, just ask

    Thanks for replying!

So what i should do is as soon as the 14 days is up, apply to the court?

Do i give them any warning to say i am not waiting 4 weeks?

    Thanks x

If you've sent them the lbaicon it says that if they do not respond positively you will commence court action without further notice
