    Default litigation concluded

By the look of the 'litigation concluded' section of this forum there have been no results since 29th March!? Is this correct, am I being dim, are people not posting their successes?

I think the dates will relate to when they were originally posted in the Litigation in Progress section, i.e. when the claim began

    First Direct, £4031 Recovered
    Halifax, £953 Recovered
    MBNA Credit Card, £120 Recovered
    American Express, £160 Recovered

    Coming Soon......

Blackpool Council, £190 in unlawful parking tickets
Carstoppers. £50 from the cowboy clampers

Ah, I see. They've all been posted by Bank fodder. So, in that case, no-one who has issued a claim since 29th March has had a settlement. Some seem to be outstanding from February still. Guess this means we have a lot of claimants due in court over the next few weeks then. Good luck to everyone - except the banks!

Many people joined the forum in early March, and I would therefore expect to see a mushrooming of new litigation in the next couple of weeks.

As you have become a member of this forum, and having read FAQ's, and having looked at other threads, you realise that on return of the aqicon and subsequent reply, that the Court has up to 4 months to set a date?
Yes there will be a lot more.
But we do not need luck do we, cos we have the law on our sides!
