Thread: Last stage - need help!!!

Hey Guys,

My lba 14 days is up on the 3/11 and I though i'd get ready for the next stage, the claim form that i have to fill out on your step by step guide, once its filled in do i send it to HSBC, and do i instruct sol's i noticed D&G sols have been mentioned a few times on here, sorry to make you repeat yourself but im getting a little flustered.

No, you send it to the courts.

D&G solicitors are the people that HSBC instruct. You don't have to instruct solicitors.

Hey thanks for th reply, Im getting a little muddled ok well alot with filing out the claim form.

In defendants do I put HSBC, and the address?

And what do i put in Brief detals of claim.

And also particlars of claim?

Would really appreciate the help, when its all filled out do i send it to my local court?

Yes, the defendants are HSBC.

The wording for the claim form is in the templates section of this forum. Should give you everything you need in there.
