    Default Hello

    Been looking for a site to assist with my bank (UN)Intelligent Finance.

    Seems that online I have an overdrafticon of £0 and on all paper statements since last December I have an Overdraft of £200.

    Guess who has been incurring bank charges whilst overdrawn, and guess who says it isn't there fault?

    I am awaiting their response, which I should get on Friday.

    I'll keep you posted.

    Just had a phone callicon from UnIntelligent Fianance.

    From playing hardball with me last Thursday to giving me all my unlawful charges back (£290). :grin:

    Amazing what the threat of The Small Claims Court will do!

    I wish I had seen all these letters before I started on this course of action.

    I will however use the template to write to my MP.
