I have just gone to use my card which has a fair amount of credit on it only to be told that the card has now been turned into a repayment facility because of the way the account has been run! This is despite me receiving a message to say that the card had been activated and could be used. I have sent them a message asking them to confirm in the circumstances the interesticon will be reduced to reflect that. Is there anything else anyone can suggest to help? I cant stand ringing them its like a trip to McDonalds "how are you today, are you well" the false insincerity of it knocks me sick. I was hoping to use it & then pay it all off when I get some money owing me
